We test all our bottles & tumblers before they go on sale and believe we are providing the highest quality product we can produce. We are so confident in our bottles & tumblers that we offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.

Warranty claims will only be approved by KOLD Products, LLC if the product was purchased from an authorized dealer. This warranty is limited to the lifetime of your purchased item, as limited by or subject to applicable law. The limited warranty provided by KOLD Products, LLC only covers manufacturing defects and does not include any damage or defect of any item, caused by, whether directly or indirectly, of improper use or misuse of the product; damage or defect caused by cleaning, disassembly, alterations or modifications; damage or defect caused by or resulting from wear and tear, drops, or abuse, to include powder coating chips, dents, scratches, etc.

Warranty is for bottles only and does not cover any lids, silicone sleeves, or any other bottle/tumbler accessory, unless otherwise noted.

If you believe you have received a defective bottle/tumbler, please return the bottle/tumbler to the authorized dealer where the item was purchased for a replacement. To ensure a great customer experience, KOLD Products, LLC will accept returns for bottles/tumblers within 30 days from the date of purchase and will reimburse you for the returned bottle/tumbler less shipping.  Bottles/tumblers must be returned in a resalable condition.  Bottles/tumblers may be returned if shipped incorrectly, defective, ordered in error by customer, or damaged in shipping.
